Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing premium customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term premium customer relationships. The role involves handling premium customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experience, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone call.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with stores or service centres.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
