HR Intern
Duration: 3–6 months
Location: (On-site) K Block, Kidwai Nagar
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for open positions
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation materials
Maintain and update employee records.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Support HR compliance efforts by organizing and tracking required documentation
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required
