Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
Monitor agent performance and productivity
Coach and motivate agents to improve conversions
Maintain floor discipline and attendance
Monitor live calls and call quality
Handle customer and agent escalations
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Support hiring, training, and onboarding
Coordinate with management, HR, and QA teams
