Job Summary
The Team Leader – Car Loan is responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives or telecallers to achieve monthly car loan disbursement targets. The role includes monitoring team performance, ensuring quality customer service, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and driving business growth through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers for car loan sales.
Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets to team members.
Ensure achievement of disbursement and login targets set by management.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing.
Track leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements on a daily basis.
Conduct team meetings to review performance and plan strategies.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
