Job Overview

We are looking for female Chat Process Executives to join Datfro, a social communication platform where users can chat, interact, play, and engage with other users.

As a Chat Process Executive, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with users through the Datfro platform, maintain engaging conversations, respond to messages, and encourage users to continue using the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with users through Datfro's chat system.

• Respond to incoming messages in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain engaging and respectful conversations.

• Encourage users to continue interacting on the Datfro platform.

• Share your Datfro profile link with potential users when appropriate.

• Bring new users to the Datfro platform through your network and permitted promotional channels.

• Use Datfro's paid-chat and paid-sticker features according to company guidelines.

• Share paid content/photos only according to Datfro's rules.

• Maintain professional behaviour while interacting with users.

• Report abusive, suspicious, or inappropriate users to the Datfro support team.

• Follow Datfro's community guidelines and employee policies.

• Maintain confidentiality of personal and user information.

Requirements

• 18+ years old

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable communicating through online chat

• Basic understanding of smartphones and web applications

• Hindi/English communication skills preferred

• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

• Ability to work independently

• Willingness to follow Datfro's rules and guidelines
