Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding academic programs, career options, and study destinations

• Understand student needs, interests, and academic backgrounds to recommend suitable courses and institutions

• Assist students throughout the application and admission process

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, universities, and admission requirements

• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in educational counselling or a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to guide and motivate students

• Good organizational and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of domestic and/or international education systems
