Job Title: Education Counsellor

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding educational courses, career paths, and institutions.

• Assist students in identifying their strengths and career aspirations through assessments and discussions.

• Educate students and parents on admission processes, eligibility criteria, and required documentation for various educational programs.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector, both nationally and internationally.

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions to promote educational opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, colleges, and universities.

• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, student progress, and follow-up activities.

• Handle student inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in counselling, career guidance, or a similar role.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of various academic programs, admission requirements, and career options.

• Empathy and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual abilities to cater to diverse student backgrounds.

• Certification in counselling or related fields.

• Experience working with international education programs and institutions.
