Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses, colleges, and career paths. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

• Handle student inquiries and follow-ups

• Maintain student records and CRM data

• Achieve enrollment and counseling targets

• Coordinate with academic and admissions teams

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for education and student counseling

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is a plus
