Role Overview:
We are hiring fresh graduates/postgraduates to join our Inside Sales & Marketing team as Education Counselors. The role involves student counseling, handling inquiries, explaining course offerings, and supporting enrollment conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries

• Counsel students on educational programs and career paths

• Explain course structure, fees, and benefits

• Maintain follow-ups to drive enrollment

• Support basic marketing and outreach activities

• Update CRM and maintain records of interactions

Qualifications:

• Freshers only (0–1 year experience)

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Confident in student interaction

• Graduation/Post-Graduation completed

• Basic understanding of sales/education industry is an advantage
