Qualification

12th Pass

Graduate in any discipline.

communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS, Btech, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Engineering, MBA, and other higher education courses in UG/PG .

•Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, counselling processes, fee structures, and college details.

•Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through company leads.

•Follow up with prospective students until admission completion.

•Assist students with registration, counselling, choice filling, and documentation.

•Maintain daily reports, follow-up records, and counselling updates.

•Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
