We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Career Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in making informed career decisions. The role involves assessing individual aspirations, providing personalised guidance, and helping clients choose suitable education or career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and professionals.
Understand client goals, strengths, interests, and challenges.
Recommend suitable career paths, courses, and skills.
Maintain counselling records and follow up for progress.
Conduct webinars/workshops on career growth topics.
Requirements:
Excellent communication & listening skills.
Strong understanding of job market trends.
Ability to empathise and provide structured guidance.
Prior counselling experience is a plus.
