About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and help convert enquiries into admissions. This is a sales-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and helping them make important career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls/walk-ins from prospective students and parents
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career benefits clearly
Counsel students based on their interests and career goals
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert them into enrollments
Achieve monthly admission/sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
Participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs when required

Required Skills

Good communication skills in [Hindi/English/regional language]
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counselling is a plus
