Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor responsible for generating, handling, and converting student leads for professional courses such as Engineering, Medical, MBA, BBA, Pharmacy, and other UG/PG programs. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide students and parents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, seminars, and marketing campaigns

• Follow up with inquiries and maintain regular communication with students & parents

• Explain admission processes, eligibility, entrance exams, and counselling procedures

• Guide students in selecting suitable colleges and courses based on merit and interest

• Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly

• Coordinate with admission team for application and documentation support

• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events if required

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills -Marathi, Hindi, English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp follow-ups)

• Positive attitude and professional behavior
