Core Responsibilities:
Student Advising: Conduct individual sessions to discuss academic progress, career goals, and personalized learning plans.
Academic Guidance: Advise on curriculum requirements, course selection, and academic policies.
Support & Retention:
Identify at-risk students, provide mentoring, and offer solutions to improve academic performance.
Admissions & Outreach: Manage enrollment leads, conduct demo sessions, and guide prospective students through application processes.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain detailed student records, follow up on leads, and coordinate with faculty/staff to support student success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Masters often preferred).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills for effective interaction with students and parents.
Skills: Proficiency in academic counseling, student mentoring, and knowledge of educational platforms.
Attributes: Empathetic, patient, organized, and capable of working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
