We are looking for Tutor Enrolment Executive to join our team at Homeguru World Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, calling to teachers and registering teachers from all over India into HomeGuru platform. The position offers TARGET BASED SALARY; ₹5,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depends upon target achievement)and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential tutors who have expressed interest or signed up on the platform.

• Registration Support: Guide prospective educators through the complete digital registration and profile-building process.

• Document Verification: Authenticate educational qualifications, identity proof, and teaching experience.

• Lead Engagement: Follow up with registered tutors via phone, email, and WhatsApp to activate their accounts.

• Data Management: Keep an accurate log of call statuses, verification outcomes, and tutor availability in the company CRM.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Flexible shift from 9am to 9pm.

A functional personal computer or laptop, a high-speed stable internet connection, and a good quality headset.
