We are looking for a highly motivated, revenue-driven Educational Marketing & Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, sales orientation, and hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
This role is not just tele-calling — it combines:
Admissions counseling
Revenue generation
Multi-channel marketing support
Lead nurturing & follow-ups
Social media engagement

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Calling & Admissions Counseling
Call warm and hot leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, and webinars.
Understand student background, career goals, and eligibility.
Explain courses, curriculum, certification, internship, placement support, and career scope clearly.
Address objections and handle queries professionally.
Convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain proper follow-ups until closure.
Guide students through documentation and onboarding process.
2️⃣ Revenue & Conversion Ownership
Take complete ownership of revenue targets.
Ensure monthly enrollment targets are achieved.
Track conversion ratio, follow-up status, and sales funnel performance.
Coordinate with management for payment confirmation and onboarding.
Support in payment collection and EMI follow-ups (if applicable).
3️⃣ Multi-Channel Course Promotion
Actively promote courses through:
WhatsApp marketing
Email marketing campaigns
LinkedIn outreach
SMS campaigns
Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Telegram / Community channels (if applicable)
4️⃣ Social Media Monitoring & Lead Response
Monitor comments, DMs, and inquiries across platforms.
Respond to queries in a professional and persuasive manner.
Engage potential leads and convert conversations into counseling calls.
Maintain quick turnaround time for responses.
Coordinate with marketing team for campaign feedback.
5️⃣ CRM & Reporting
Update CRM daily with lead status.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up notes.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Share insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
