Education Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Educational Counselor to guide and assist clients interested in learning Vastu Shastra and related courses offered by Vaastu Global. The counselor will be responsible for explaining course details, understanding client requirements, providing career guidance, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and clients regarding Vastu courses, workshops, and training programs.

• Handle inbound inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.

• Explain course curriculum, benefits, fees structure, and career opportunities in Vastu.

• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads to convert them into enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.

• Provide guidance to students on selecting the right Vastu course according to their goals.

• Assist students during the admission and registration process.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professional communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and counseling skills.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.

• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
