The Impact You'll Make

As a Student Counsellor, you will be the bridge between a student’s dream and their reality. You’ll guide them through the admission process, help them understand their options, and ensure they get placed in the right college without any tuition burden. Your empathy, knowledge, and dedication will directly change lives—one student at a time.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: 6 Month - 10yr

Job Timing: 10:00am To 6:00pm

Gender: Male/Female

Salary Range: 10K - 25K

Skills

Counsel students (and their parents) to understand their academic background, career goals, and financial needs.

Explain available free admission opportunities, scholarships, and government schemes in a clear and motivating way.

Assist students in filling out application forms, preparing required documents, and meeting deadlines.

Maintain accurate student records and track their admission progress.

Follow up with students post-admission to ensure smooth onboarding and settlement.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

Basic knowledge of college admission processes and scholarship programs.

Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.

Good organizational skills to manage multiple cases at once.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for maintaining records and reports.
