Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor for our Nashik location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation and student counselling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads related to courses and training programs

• Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

• Coordinate with the academic and marketing team

• Provide excellent support and guidance to students and parents

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in education counselling or lead generation

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle targets and pressure

• Good knowledge of CRM or Excel is an added advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and professional behavior
