We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our education consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents over calls regarding educational courses, colleges, admissions, and career options.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and attend inbound calls to students and parentsProvide accurate information about courses, colleges, admission processes, and feesUnderstand student needs and guide them toward suitable educational optionsFollow up with interested candidates and maintain lead recordsAchieve daily/weekly counselling and conversion targetsCoordinate with the admissions team for successful enrollmentsMaintain professionalism and positive communication at all timesEligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferredGood communication skills in Hindi (local language is a plus)Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM or ExcelPrior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is an advantage (freshers can apply)Target-oriented and customer-focused attitudeSalary & Benefits:Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)Attractive incentives based on enrollments and targetsTraining and career growth opportunitiesSupportive work environmentWork Location:Office-based / Remote (as applicable)
