College Partner is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Education Consultant (Telecalling) to join our team. The role involves counseling students over calls, providing accurate information about colleges, courses, admissions, and guiding them throughout the enrollment process. This position offers a competitive in-hand salary along with growth opportunities in the education industry.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls to students and parents regarding college admissions and educational programs.Counsel students about suitable courses, colleges, eligibility criteria, and career options.Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system.Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate educational solutions.Follow up with interested candidates to ensure successful enrollment.Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.Maintain confidentiality of student data and company information at all times.Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (as applicable).Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.Experience in telecalling, counseling, or education consultancy is preferred (freshers may also apply).Ability to handle students and parents professionally over calls.Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills.Willingness to work during assigned working days and shift timings.Perks & Benefits:Fixed in-hand salary + performance-based incentivesTraining and career growth opportunitiesFriendly and supportive work environment
