Generate and qualify leads for online degree and certification programs.
Explain program features, career benefits, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Schedule counseling sessions for senior counselors/admission advisors.
Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and conversion records.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects for long-term engagement.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and admission targets.
Coordinate with marketing and counseling teams for campaign follow-ups.
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to students.
