Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will engage with students and parents, explain our courses/programs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents

• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs

• Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions

• Provide detailed counseling on course content, fees, schedules, and career outcomes

• Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process

• Attend walk-ins, webinars, and counseling sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Experience in B2C sales, tele-sales, or education counseling is preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
