Telesales Executive / Telecaller
Job Role
Company ke customers ko phone calls ke through products/services ke baare mein information dena, interested customers ko convince karna aur sales generate karna.
Key Responsibilities
Customers ko outbound calls karna.
Product/service ke features aur benefits explain karna.
Customer ki requirements samajhna aur suitable product suggest karna.
Leads ko follow-up karna aur sales convert karna.
Customer ke questions aur objections handle karna.
Daily calls aur sales ka record maintain karna.
CRM/Excel mein customer details update karna.
Daily/weekly sales targets achieve karna.
Customer ke saath professional communication maintain karna.
Required Skills
Good Hindi communication.
Basic English communication.
Convincing & negotiation skills.
Good listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
MS Excel/CRM ka basic knowledge.
Sales target achieve karne ki ability.
Positive attitude aur confidence.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain.
Telesales/Telecalling experience ho to advantage.

Full-time | Work From Office
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
(Actual salary company aur experience ke according vary karegi.)
Performance Incentives
Sales target achieve karne par additional incentives/commission mil sakta hai.
