Ecommerce Sales Executive

**Job Title:** E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive (WordPress, WooCommerce & SEO)

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive **E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive** who can manage and update our **WordPress/WooCommerce website**, handle customer support, and assist in **digital marketing and SEO activities** to improve online visibility and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Website Management**

* Manage and update the **WordPress & WooCommerce website**.

* Add and update **products, prices, images, and descriptions**.

* Maintain product categories and ensure the website is properly organized.

* Upload banners, promotional offers, and homepage updates.

**SEO & Website Optimization**

* Implement **on-page SEO for product pages and website content**.

* Optimize **meta titles, meta descriptions, keywords, and product URLs**.

* Use SEO plugins such as **Yoast SEO or RankMath**.

* Monitor website performance through **Google Search Console and Analytics**.

**Digital Marketing**

* Assist in **digital marketing campaigns** including social media promotions.

* Support **Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns** when required.

* Help create marketing content such as banners, product posts, and promotional creatives.

* Coordinate with the team to improve online sales and traffic.

**Order Management**

* Monitor orders through **WooCommerce** and ensure accurate order processing.

* Update order status and coordinate dispatch tracking.

**Customer Support**

* Respond to **customer queries via email, WhatsApp, or phone**.

* Assist customers with product details, order tracking, and returns.

* Maintain a professional and helpful communication approach.

**Required Skills**

* Knowledge of **WordPress and WooCommerce**.

* Basic understanding of **SEO and digital marketing**.

* Familiarity with **Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO tools**.

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of **Excel or Google Sheets**.

**Preferred Skills**

* Experience with **social media marketing**.

* Knowledge of **Google Ads or Meta Ads**.

* Basic design skills using **Canva or Photoshop**.

**Experience**

* **2–3 years experience** in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management preferred.
