E-commerce Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce manager to manage seller accounts and day-to-day operations across online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, order monitoring, and maintaining account performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and JioMart.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.

• Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, and product information.

• Handle listing errors, account issues, and marketplace-related queries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and marketplace notifications.

• Ensure product details, images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.

• Prepare regular work reports and meet daily productivity targets.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels.

• Good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn new tools, marketplace processes, and workflows.
  

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce operations..

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant skills and experience will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base fix salary and performance-based Incentives.

• Per month 1 Casual leave.

• 2nd Saturday will be half day.
