Team Leader oversees, motivates, and guides a group of employees to reach organizational goals while acting as the bridge between upper management and staff.

Core Responsibilities

• Task Delegation: Assign daily duties and projects based on individual team members' strengths.

• Goal & KPI Setting: Establish clear performance metrics, deadlines, and project milestones.

• Coaching & Training: Onboard new staff, deliver skill training, and provide regular performance feedback.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor daily operations and compile progress reports for senior management.

• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team disputes or workflow roadblocks early.

• Communication: Relay company policies, updates, and strategic goals down to the team level.

• Leadership & Motivation: Ability to inspire performance and build team trust.

• Education & Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business/management, alongside 1 to 3 years of supervisory or relevant industry experience.
