Job Role:
As an Customer Service Voice Process associate, you will be responsible for managing customer
interactions via phone for global clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability
to handle a variety of customer concerns, and ensure their issues are resolved promptly and
effectively.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Update customer records and document interactions.
Collaborate with team members to address complex issues.
Stay informed about product and service details to provide accurate information.
Meet and exceed performance and quality standards.
Qualification:
Must be Graduate in any specialization.
Previous experience in customer service role, ideally in an international setting only
Strong verbal communication skills in English with C1 US Voice versant.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Capability to handle stressful situations and high call volumes professionally.
