Job Title: Customer Care Executive - Sales & Voice Process
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling our products/services over the phone.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Sell our products/services to customers and meet sales targets.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Provide product information and answer customer questions.
5. Meet daily sales and productivity targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
7. Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
9. Handle customer escalations and provide solutions.
10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve quality scores.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of experience in customer care/sales/voice process
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Basic computer skills and typing knowledge
