Customer Support – Voice Process
• Escalation Desk (ED) – Kudlu Gate
• Banking / Mutual Fund Process – Kudlu Gate / St. Johns Road
• E-commerce & Electronics Support – Kudlu Gate / St. Johns Road

🎓 Eligibility:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (Process dependent)
• Experience: Fresher to 1+ year BPO experience
• Languages Required:
– English + Hindi (Mandatory)
– Tamil / Kannada (Process dependent)
• Versant: Level 4 / 5 / 6 (As per process)

⏰ Shifts & Working:

• 6 Days working | 1 Rotational / Sunday Off
• Day & Rotational Shifts
• Shift timings between 7 AM – 12 AM (Gender-based, process dependent)

💰 Salary Package:

• CTC: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Take Home: ₹16,000 – ₹24,800 approx
• Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,200+
• Apprenticeship options available for freshers

🎯 Skills Required:

• Good to Excellent English communication
• Customer handling & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in voice process
• Immediate joiners preferred
