Job Title: Customer Support Executive (NGO) / Donor Support Executive*

*Organization Type:* Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)

*Location:* Kalpathy, Palakkad

*Salary:* 12k to 18k + incentives

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a compassionate and patient Customer Support Executive to handle donor, volunteer, and general public queries. You will be the voice of our NGO and build strong relationships with people who support our cause.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Donor & Supporter Handling:*

- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and emails from donors and supporters

- Explain our NGO's work, campaigns, and donation process clearly

- Thank donors and maintain long-term relationship with them

2. *Communication:*

- Resolve queries and complaints politely and quickly

- Follow up with old donors for regular donations / monthly support

- Make outbound calls to inform about new events and campaigns

3. *Data & Reporting:*

- Maintain daily call records and donor data in Excel / CRM

- Share daily report with team leader about calls and donations

- Update donor information correctly

4. *Coordination:*

- Coordinate with field team and fundraising team

- Support during NGO events, fundraising drives

*Required Skills:*

- Good communication in Hindi, English and local language

- Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude - very important for NGO

- Basic computer knowledge - Excel, Email, CRM

- 0-6 Months experience in telecalling / customer support is okay (Freshers can apply)

- Comfortable with calling profile

*Qualification:* 12th Pass / Any Graduate
