Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for BPO Executive, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Back Office, and Non-Voice Process roles. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide accurate information.

- Perform telecalling, telemarketing, and customer support activities.

- Maintain customer records and update data accurately.

- Assist with back-office and non-voice operations.

- Achieve daily targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Eligibility

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift: Day Shift / Night Shift (Based on process)
