We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, nurturing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services using provided scripts and personal initiative.
Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, providing relevant information and tailored solutions to close sales.
Manage and address customer grievances and objections to preserve the company's reputation and build lasting relationships.
Accurately record and maintain customer information, details of calls, and sales activities within our CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume targets.
Collaborate with the field sales team (if applicable) and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales strategies.
