Job Description:

·         We are looking for a Telecaller to join our retail pharmacy team. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to take their feedback, provide appropriate solutions, and assist in arranging medicines at the store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Call customers to collect feedback about our pharmacy services.

·         Provide solutions to customer queries related to medicines and services.

·         Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

·         Assist in arranging and organizing medicines in the store.

·         Coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations.

·         Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction.

·         Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

·         Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

·         Good communication skills in [languages you prefer – e.g., English, Hindi, and local language].

·         Basic knowledge of medicines or experience in a pharmacy will be an added advantage.
