Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution.

Provide product/service information clearly to customers.
Meet performance targets related to response time and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
