Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Swiggy Chat Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, chat ,resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, delivery, and app issues.
Provide accurate information and quick resolutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Good English communication skills (Mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary Structure:
For Freshers:
CTC: ₹13,991
In-Hand: ₹12,171
For Experienced Candidates:
CTC: ₹15,644
In-Hand: ₹13,544
Shift Details:
Rotational Shifts
9 Hours (Including 1 Hour Break)
Rotational Week Off
Shift Timing:
Male Candidates: 24×7 Rotational Shift
Female Candidates: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Rotational Shift
