Customer Service Executive / Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls, emails, and/or chat.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, and processes.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally within defined timelines.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
  

Eligibility

• Education: HSC / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools.

• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
