Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to broadband/telecom services.

  • Assist customers with installation, activation, connectivity issues, billing queries, and plan upgrades.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to the technical team.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high service quality.

  • Coordinate with field engineers for service requests, installations, and site visits.

  • Provide information on new plans, offers, and service-related updates.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer experience at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language as applicable).

  • Basic understanding of internet, broadband, routers, and telecom services.

  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
