Key Responsibilities:
Inbound customer support (calls, emails, chat)
Technical troubleshooting for barcode printers, scanners, receipt printers, mobile printers, and POS systems
Installation & configuration guidance
Customer service excellence and documentation
Product knowledge maintenance and continuous improvement
Skills Required:
Technical: Product knowledge, troubleshooting methods, CRM systems, remote support tools, networking basics
Communication: English proficiency (Hindi preferred), clear technical explanation ability
Soft Skills: Customer orientation, problem-solving, patience, attention to detail, learning mindset
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma
1-3 years in technical/customer support
Hardware support experience preferred
Work Environment:
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (with remote/hybrid options)
Standard business hours with support extensions
