Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently

Customer Engagement & Support

• Regularly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain a positive customer experience across all touchpoints

• Conduct feedback calls and improve service quality

Data Management & CRM

• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems

• Track customer interactions and update records

• Generate reports and analyze customer data

Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)

• Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients
