Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Address customer queries related to ICICI Prudential products and services
Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines
Maintain proper call records and customer details
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines

Position: Customer Support Associate
Process Type: Inbound
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed off)
Shift Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate or Graduate candidates
Good communication skills in Hindi/English
Basic computer knowledge
