📌 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Service to lead and manage a customer service team, monitor performance, handle escalations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service team.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.

• Conduct coaching, team briefings, and performance feedback.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain MIS, reports, and performance trackers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience specifically in Customer Service.

• 1–2 years of Team Leader experience.

• Customer Service experience is mandatory.

• ❌ Customer Support and Sales profiles will not be considered.

• US Shift experience is mandatory.

• Excellent and fluent English communication skills.

• Strong career stability is preferred.

• Candidates must be willing to work from Mumbai / Thane.
