Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will handle outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products and services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: 12th pass
Age: 18–30 years
Languages: English, Hindi & Malayalam
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales (Credit Card/Personal Loan/Insurance background preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Details:
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts based on business requirements
Week Off: Rotational
Responsibilities:
Make professional outbound calls and explain products/services
Understand customer needs and close sales effectively
Meet assigned sales targets and maintain service quality
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: INR 18,000 per month
