We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our reputed company at Malad, Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with Demat and Trading account opening processes and guiding clients through documentation, KYC verification, and resolving queries to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.The position offers ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in opening Demat and Trading accounts

• Guide clients through KYC documentation and verification

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding account opening queries

• Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of account applications

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and application completion

• Coordinate with internal teams for account activation and issue resolution

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, basic understanding of Demat accounts and familiarity with KYC processes and financial documentation will be prefered. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
