Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients, handle complaints, and foster long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, sales, or customer service role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products/services and describe them clearly.
Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with computer systems/CRM software.
