We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled Female Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam along with basic English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain financial products/services.

- Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer interaction.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, eligibility, and application process.

- Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.

- Maintain customer details and call records.

- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

- Female candidates with Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support experience preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam.

- Basic English or Tamil or Kannada or Malayalam communication is an added advantage.

- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates should be willing to work from office in Vijayawada.

- Accommodation and food facility provided by the company for eligible outstation candidates.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala who are willing to relocate to Vijayawada are welcome to apply.
