📌 Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Senior Executive to manage inbound and outbound, Email customer interactions in the mutual funds’ domain. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, resolving queries, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. In addition, the position involves lead generation and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, providing accurate information and timely query resolution.

• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and customer engagement activities.

• Conduct outbound calls for service updates, reminders, and feedback collection.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable mutual fund products or services.

• Perform cross-selling and upselling of financial products to maximize customer value.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Achieve assigned sales, service, and lead generation targets while adhering to compliance standards.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of mutual funds and financial products.

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, or BFSI preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
