🔹 Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)

🔹 Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling

🔎 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

📞 Make outbound calls to existing customers

🔁 Renew insurance policies of existing customers

💬 Explain policy benefits, renewal offers, and coverage details

🤝 Convince customers and close renewals effectively

📈 Achieve renewal and retention targets

📝 Update customer details and renewal status accurately

✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi & English

✔ Strong sales mindset & thought process

✔ Experience in outbound sales preferred

✔ Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage

✔ Graduation is mandatory

✔ Experience: 0–2 Years (Fresher’s can apply)

Shift Timings & Week Offs: Rotational Shifts: 9:00AM – 6:30PM & 10:00am to 7:30pm (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift) 📅 5 Days Working 🔁 2 Rotational Week-Offs

💰 Salary Package:

✨ Fresher: ₹12,500 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹2.10 LPA

✨ Experienced: Up to ₹19,000 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹2.79 LPA
