We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
•Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
•Follow up with potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
•Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
•Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer experience.
•Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
•Ability to build trust with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
•Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
•Graduate or relevant experience preferred.
Experience:
0–1 years in sales or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
