We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (Telesales) to manage customer relationships and drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into successful sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs set by the company.
Work with the sales and marketing team to improve campaign performance.
Provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales/customer service (Freshers may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
High school diploma or graduation (preferred).
Experience in B2C/B2B telesales.
Knowledge of the company’s industry/product segment.
Time management and multitasking skills.
